About the Method

Happiness is our nature.

Happiness is our intrinsic nature, a state of being that exists within us regardless of external circumstances. The foundation of the Happy@Work method rests on the profound realization that true happiness is not contingent on events or situations; rather, it is a fundamental aspect of who we are. When we don't experience happiness, it's often due to external factors that obscure this innate state from our awareness.

The Happy@Work process is a transformative journey that guides us to identify and understand these external factors, the reasons that mask our natural happiness. It provides invaluable tools meticulously designed to help us release our attachments to these reasons. By doing so, we become less dependent on external conditions, empowering ourselves to navigate challenges with resilience and cultivating a profound sense of freedom. In essence, the Happy@Work method is a pathway to rediscovering and embracing the enduring happiness that resides within us, independent of the ever-changing external landscape of our lives.

Pain is inevitable, Suffering is optional

Contrary to common belief, stress is not an inevitable consequence of changing events and circumstances. Instead, it is a self-inflicted experience—a product of our perception and response to external stimuli. The Happy@Work philosophy asserts that stress is not an imposed condition but rather a subjective experience that we have the power to choose and, consequently, to release from our lives. By understanding the role of our perceptions and responses in the creation of stress, the Happy@Work method empowers individuals to make conscious choices, fostering an environment where stress is not merely managed but actively transformed.

Suffering is born and raised in the gap between what is,

and what I believe it should have been
